Our kitchens and dining rooms are the social centers for our families. This spirit is captured in this kitchen and dining shop formerly known as Design Center Accessories.

Colorful handwoven Guatemalan fabrics are lavishly and abundantly displayed in a huge assortment of designs and colors. The Kitchen Shop sponsors seven families in Guatemala who custom weave this richly colored cotton fabric. This fabric is offered several ways: sold by the yard; as finished table runners of various lengths; and as placemats, napkins, tea towels, aprons, and other enchanting accessories. The 48-inchg fabric is great for upholstery, draperies, or clothing.

Also waiting your discovery: Hand carved wooden utensils, stone mortar and pestles (molcajetes) for grinding whole-grains, and unusual candles, colorful bowls from the Bauer pottery company as well as Waechtersbach china from Germany, and so many artistically designed sets of china and serving pieces.

Quality home accessories such as lovely handwoven linens, life-size ceramic roosters, imported china, rustic pottery, and other ceramic accessories and iron candleholders await you. Smaller items fill clusters of baskets while paintings, prints, and metal sculptures adorn the walls.

Along with a fabulous select group of cookbooks, are a vast assortment of traditional Mexican spices, soup & bread mixes, sauces, salsas, preserves, jelly, dressings, and vinegars - all beautifully packaged. All food products are taste tested to assure their flavor and quality. Gorgeous gift baskets can be specially created.

Products and designs from Mexico can be found in abundance: placemats, hand blown glassware, stone molcajetes and hand-painted ceramic dishes, bowls, and vases; even the fruit cart greeting customers at the front door is filled with Mexican handmade papier mache fruits and vegetables. There is also a huge selection of gorgeous artificial flowers is reminiscent of a colorful flower market. Fragrant candles fill the shop as each season is celebrated with creative displays.
