All lunch menus are designed
for groups of 15-150 guests. For groups of 15-50 guests you may choose three
of the entree choices, for groups of 50 or more you may choose two entrees.

A crispy flour tortilla topped with seasoned shredded beef, beans, lettuce, tomatoes,

A large flour tortilla filled with cheese and seasoned chicken and served with
guacamole and sour cream, Mexican rice and beans.
DOS TACOS
Two crispy chicken or beef filled tacos served with Mexican rice and beans.

BURRITO DE GUADALAJARA
A large burrito filled with juicy seasoned shredded beef or chicken and refried
beans, topped with sour cream. Served with Mexican rice and beans.
ENCHILADAS
SUIZAS
Enchiladas prepared with seasoned shredded chicken and green chilies, topped
with salsa verde, cheese and sour cream. Served with Mexican rice and beans.

with cheese and sour cream.
MEXICAN COMBO
A combination of taquitos, enchilada and chile relleno served with Mexican rice
and refried beans.
