SIT DOWN DINNER
All dinner menus are designed for groups of 15-150 guests. For groups
of 15-50 guests you may choose three of the entree choices, for groups
of 50 or more you may choose two entrees.
Cena Uno
Dinner
will include
Tricolor Tortilla Chips and
Salsa Fresca, Choice of Ceasar or mixed green salad, soft drinks, and choice
of dessert.
Entree Choices
CARNITAS A LA MICHOACAN
Tender chunks of pork roast served with Mexican rice, refried beans and handmade
flour tortillas.
PESCADO VERACRUZ
Cod prepared with tomatoes, olives, capers, onions, and a special blend of spices.
Served with chipotle papas.
VEGETABLE FAJITAS
Specially marinated and grilled with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes
on a sizzling platter and served with guacamole, charro frijoles,rice and handmade
flour tortillas.
ARROZ CON POLLO
Seasoned chicken sauteed with bell peppers, tomoatoes and onions in an Española
sauce, atop a bed of Mexican rice. Served with refried beans.
CHICKEN FAJITAS
Specially marinated and grilled with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes
on a sizzling platter and served with guacamole, charro frijoles,rice and handmade
flour tortillas.
CARNE ASADA BURRITO
A large burrito filled with marinated carne asada, guacamole, pico de gallo,
and topped with salsa roja. Served with refried beans.
Dessert
(Choose one) Flan, Mexican Bread Pudding or Churros.

Dinner will include

CARNE ASADA TAMPIQUEÑA
Thin slices of marinated top sirloin grilled and topped with green chiles and
onions and served with a cheese enchilada, guacamole, rice, beans and handmade
flour tortillas.
POLLO ASADO
Grilled boneless breast of chicken marinated in a mild achiote sauce and
covered with fresh grilled vegetables, served with black beans.
MANGO CHIPOTLE CHICKEN
Whole breast of chicken grilled and topped with mango chipotle salsa. Served
with arroz poblana.
PESCADO GUADALAJARA
Grilled white fish topped with a mild jalapeño sauce and avocado slices.
Served with chipotle mashed potatoes.
SHRIMP FAJITAS
Specially marinated and grilled with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes
on a sizzling platter and served with guacamole, charro frijoles, rice and handmade
flour tortillas.
BEEF FAJITAS
Specially marinated and grilled with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes

STEAK RANCHERO
Sliced sirloin grilled with peppers, onions, tomatoes and cilantro in our fresh
tomato sauce.
POLLO MOLE POBLANO
Chicken tenders sautéed in a spicy mole sauce and served with Mexican
rice, beans and handmade tortillas.
TEQUILA LIME SHRIMP
Shrimp sauteed with tequila, lime and butter, and seasoned with garlic, crushed
chile and cilantro, atop a bed of Mexican rice.
PESCADO NARANJA
Fresh grilled sea bass with a sauce of fresh orange juice, cilantro butter, garlic
and pimento stuffed green olives. Served with black beans.
ESPECIAL DE LA CASA
Carne asada, cheese enchilada, chipotle tostadita, guacamole, pico de gallo,
Mexican rice, refried beans and handmade flour tortillas.
CARNE ASAjDA & CAMARONES
Three grilled jumbo shrimp and our tender marinated top sirloin with Mexican
rice and beans.
PESCADO & CAMARONES
VERDES
A filet of cod topped with 3 shrimp, salsa verde and melted cheese atop Mexican
rice. Served with black beans.

We cater to special dietary needs,
please ask your banquet manager for any special requests.
Add to any Cena: PUERTO NUEVO TRIO COMBO Lobster tail, grilled sea bass and
grilled shrimp, served with ensalada julienne of vegetables, rice and beans.
Market Price.

All choices must be confirmed and guest count guaranteed 72 hours prior to the
event date.
50% deposit required at time of booking, 20% service fee and CA sales tax
(7.75%) will be added to your total. We do not accept separate checks. All prices
subject to change prior to booking a secure contract.
